Super duper effervescence. Light on fruit, long on rocks. Tasting like a mountainside after lemon rain. Smoother on day 2 with no loss of flavor intensity. — 3 months ago

So good! Night one was a bit restrained, tempting me to wonder, why not champagne? Night two was fireworks... nose of fresh cut grass, warm buttered biscuits, sweet cream, bee pollen, bunches of fresh green herbs. Then, a progression of minerals and flowers on the palate, chalky at first then building to a climax of granite and buttercups and, unbelievably, blueberry. Beautiful balance. — 6 months ago

Apple, lemon, and almond. Oddly saline and woody. Medium high acidity. Crisp and dry and fairly wonderful. — 7 days ago
