Wow… initially served too cold… wonderful. But as it warmed it took flight! Steely crisp and clean. Tart pear and juicy ripe golden delicious apple. Amazing power and depth. Worked with winter citrus shrimp salad and the best artichoke stuffed chicken Milanese I’ve ever had. Would be a worthy candidate for house white if they made enough. Perfect summer wine, picked up at Eataly Boston. It's the only Timorasso I've had the pleasure to drink, I still need to try the VIGNETI MASSA. Something of a cross between Erbaluce and Arneis (without the bitter almond finish). Bright and light, but with some slightly richer tropical tones... by no means a warm-climate white. Delicious! — 4 years ago
Vigneti Repetto PiccoloDerthona Colli Tortonesi Timorasso 2021. Excellent wine. Great combination of mineral grit and citrus. — 3 months ago
Much higher concentration than Piccolo Derthona, but not yet harmonized with the structure. — 4 years ago
Nose is lemon floor polish in a good way. Tropical flowers. Aerating nicely. Gorgeous as it opens. Incredibly intense tropical flowers and lemons. Penetrating. Massa is more correct This is more Dali. Truly almost surreal.
Extremely rich on the palate. Tropical fruits. Not super mineral. Delicious. Juicy. Tart acidity. More like an acidic northern rhone wine than massa. Lithe juiciness on the finish. Elegant and so fine. At times acupuncture of flavors lacerate the palate. Tiny needles of flavor. So precise.

Citrus forward with notable viscosity in a way so many skin contact wines could only dream of. — 2 months ago
