Crisp and mineralogy. Love it. My kind of white wine.

Perfect summer wine, picked up at Eataly Boston. It's the only Timorasso I've had the pleasure to drink, I still need to try the VIGNETI MASSA. Something of a cross between Erbaluce and Arneis (without the bitter almond finish). Bright and light, but with some slightly richer tropical tones... by no means a warm-climate white. Delicious!
