How could I resist a $22 bottle of “orange” wine being a devotee of Gravner, Radikon & Damijan... and this was a pretty good attempt. Same region near Slovenian border, this has that wild savage oxidative nose, nutty, dried orange rind, dehydrated peach & apricot. Mid weight on palate, maybe lacking some guts & polish - solid acidic structure & balance leading to drying finish. Contemplative wine - would def buy again! — 6 years ago

Beautiful color and nose! Smell raisins and apricots, some flowers there as well. Excellent balance of sugars and acidity, great on it own, spectacular with petrale sole. — 3 years ago
E3. I find these to be some of the sexiest skin fermented whites in all of Italy, right up there with Skerk and Damijan. — 9 years ago
Check that color fantastic , tasty with a big palette, long finish — 11 years ago
かなり黄色い色味の白ワイン。ぶどうに柿か何か混ざったような風味。美味しいです。 — 13 years ago
An experience. Rounded oxidative nose, some copper, dried apricots, honey, botrytis, passito-like elements. On the palate it’s viscous, bone dry, mild acidity and a touch of angostura bitters. Cool but not something I want to drink often — 6 years ago
VERY interesting white from southern Italy... Almost like a port or brandy... From Jens' personal Villa Montecastelli cellar for chef dinner — 9 years ago

Very good orange wine. Oxidative, steely, with some stone fruit/honey notes on the tail end. Very inviting — 4 months ago
