Disgorged June 2017. Has nice brioche and spice notes that interplay with lemon peel, pear and green apple fruit. Palate has a lush quality seems to be from the barrel aging. Superb length and gains complexity as it sees air and warms a touch. — 4 years ago
60 pinot noir/40 chard. Elegant yet powerful. Pretty cherry fruit flavors have a softness that perfectly compliments the citrus acidity. Fruit stays thru the finish. — 6 years ago

A medium lemon color with a plethora of small bubbles. The nose is rather intense right of the bat with so much fruit all at once. Strawberries and raspberries with peach cobbler. The citrus aromas kick in and dominate after some air.
Single plot Pinot Meunier from the Vallée de L’ardre. Aged on lees for three years and very distinctive. Full bodied and savory, there’s depth and quite a bit of charm. Brioche and green apples on the palate with just a hint of chalk and roasted almonds. A fun new discovery for me. — 2 months ago
