Concentrated aromas of Sun dried tomato, hint of black olive, thick rose pedal, hint of vanilla and black peper spice note. med body, med p acid, med p intensity, balanced bitterness and fruit sugar comes with moderate dusty tannin. Delicious, elegant, floral barbaresco. Can be paired with fat sushi salmon or carne cruda with olive oil. Can age also. want to see this wine in next 3 years. — 10 years ago
perfume, rose pedal, hint of olive water, deep aroma of red cherry aromas on the nose. med body, med plus acidity, moderate plus tannin(pretty approachable),sour cherry, and freshness on the mouthfeel with hint of structure and bitterness, minerality on the end. fresh approachable version of barolo, I would have this with carne cruda with good quality olive oil and pepper.
