Court Rollan

Hartford Court

Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2021

Dark garnet/light ruby color. Aromas of dark cherries, blueberries and sweet baking spices. Dark berry fruit flavors are complimented by a hints of wet soil, iron, mint and abundant minerality. Nice long finish. Juicy and hefty with abundant acidity and smooth tannins. Part of Capital Grille’s 2024 Abundant Pour Program. — 8 days ago

Warrior Princess Block Zena Crown Vineyard Oregon Pinot Noir 2014

Dark and spicy aroma with a thick and unwinding complexity of granular tannins and stinging finish… an absolute powerhouse with layers on layers of intricacies. Tasting notes of dried rose petals, allspice and cake finish alone can’t fully describe. — 6 months ago

Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2022

I think Hartford Court wines are an excellent value, and this wine fits into that category. Lemon, tropical fruits, and a hint of vanilla. Very refreshing. — 20 days ago

One of our new favorite Pinot Noir wines. Full bodied for a Pinot Noir fruity with dark berry notes and a smooth and spicy finish. Great with food and drinking alone — 5 months ago

Old Vine Russian River Valley Zinfandel 2021

Nice notes on the nose, definitely appreciating Napa, with a little bite on the front end. Smooth and just enough juice on the back end. Might make a hood home cooking wine. . — 2 months ago

La Court Barbera d'Asti Superiore

v10. Lucky me, I don’t know why I still have a v10, but it is fantastic. I will take a chance and call it “ at peak”. Cork came out clean. Solid purple color. Soft, pleasing bacon nose. Bright cherry, and dark black cherry fruit medley. Smooth, slightly tart, but round, zippy, mocha finish. Nicely balanced. Would not share ! — 5 months ago

Hartford Court Muldune Trail Pinot Noir

$50 for 2016 vintage. Needed a reconsideration. Red fruit continues on and on in the finish, allowing wondrous sipping throughout the evening — 7 months ago
