Ube de Ubérrima Paganilla Palomino Fino 2018

Very nice wine and one of the more interesting wines I’ve tried in a long time. Same grape as sherry but other than a bit of time on the flor this is actually not a sherry, it’s a wine wine. The flor gives it a sensation of skin contact in an interesting way. Very salty with great acid. Really enjoyable. — 5 years ago

Ube de Ubérrima Miraflores Palomino Fino 2021

This is the first palomino I've had that wasn't barrel aged and fortified into sherry and it was a brilliant pairing with a popping umami dish of shrimp head tartare.
I'm definitely going to look for it back home

Outstanding PX, I don't really like many of the wines made from this grape and it's dried grape passion style of winemaking but this is gentle, elegant, fresh with the intensity breeding but in check. — 2 years ago

Very fun and light natural cab. On the nose warm clay and raspberries, on the palette the raspberries mix with coriander and cumin to make a lovely fruity chutney - well balanced and savory but delicious. Medium plus tannins and strong structure — 4 years ago
