79/13/6/2 blend of Malvasia Bianca, Muscat, Viognier and Riesling. Pale white in color, sparkling clarity. Floral notes in nose, almost dry, peach, nectarine, spice and lemon flavors in finish. Fairly crisp, match with food or just sip. Slight mineral and astringency in aftertaste. Respectably tasty — 6 days ago

Fruity nose, lightly tannic, cherryish flavors with notes of tangerine, mint, spearmint and white pepper. Pioneers of wine growing in Cochise County AZ. Paired it with grilled chicken and red mole, and also grilled salmon. Artisanal yet tasty — 2 months ago

73/13/7/5/2 blend of Garnacha, Syrah, Monastrell, Graciano and Piquepoul Blanc. Pink to red rose petal in color (it’s not just the artwork) light cherry aroma, Good tangerine-cherry-white pepper flavor consistent with two main red varietals here. Not quite bone dry but close. Nice acidity and mineral finish. Muted flavors overall but a fine wine for sipping on a hot day. Paired so well with a Bianco Verde pizza al fresco last week at Pizzeria Bianco that I went out and bought a bottle. — 3 months ago

P: + white pepper, flowers, dusty earth, and a little sun dried tomato, orange pith.
Medium bodied, dusty tannins blend with the pepper note and earth, high toned (maybe a little VA, but attractive) , lots of freshness — a month ago
