Can’t fake that blue. Can’t substitute that Burgundy. Captivating nose with red roses, cherry, and forest floor. Palate is elegant with tart red cherry and white mushroom, high acidity, medium plus tannins, medium plus body, medium alcohol, and a long hearty finish. Color of ruby, clear. Nose of fresh cranberry, milky vanilla, licorice, spice, some strawberry ice cream, tangerine, and sweet sensation. So expansive, airy, salty, some fruit but more chalk and mineral, such a fine mousse, so elegant, juicy and clean, wonderful acidity, unreal purity, what a nose, the mousse is so clean and my god it’s so pure and has such movement.
