Can’t fake that blue. Can’t substitute that Burgundy. Captivating nose with red roses, cherry, and forest floor. Palate is elegant with tart red cherry and white mushroom, high acidity, medium plus tannins, medium plus body, medium alcohol, and a long hearty finish. Cloud have saved for a few more years but over the moon enjoying it with a black truffle tagliatelle tonight.
