This is not your coastal French Muscat. The limestone soil gives this wine higher acidity, which does wonders with the residual sugar. It's a sweet wine that my palate begs for another sip. Delicious. — 10 years ago
Didnt enjoy a bottle of this in summer 2015 however we opened this one in February 2016 and it is drinking beautifully. Very subtle on the nose which is a shame but wonderfully balanced on the palate. — 10 years ago

Bright maroon colour. Medium acidity and juicy off the start. Really enjoy this wine. — 7 years ago

(Muscat de Saint-Jean de Minervois)
Nose: distinctive apricot, sweet flowers
Palate: very good combination of sweetness and acidity, not too viscosity.. in the aftertaste more warm / alcoholic
