Beautiful flavours of black fruit and cherries, oak and buttery tones. — 2 years ago
2016 vintage. Inédite, Corbières rouge. Another brilliant wine from this excellent estate. From a plot named "Les Amandiers" with 30 years old vines. A blend of Syrah (50%), Grenache (35%) and Mourvèdre (15%). Aged 18 months in 20 hl and 225 l French oak. Delicate extractions and low yields lead to amazingly refined, fresh and complex wine with velvety tannins and a long spicy finish. Terrific value. Highly recommended. Abv. 14,5%. — 4 years ago

2020 vintage. Viognier often lacks acidity and should therefore be drunk young, but this must be the tightest Condrieu I have ever tasted, with an energetic acidity keeping the exotic richness in check. Seems surprisingly ageworthy for Viognier (like Château Grillet) and therefore very intriguing. Long finish. — 2 years ago
floral ~ apricot, peach, citrus oils, hint of pineapple candy ~ honeyed & viscous ~ as it warms crushed minerals & pepper emerge on the finish
my understanding is that no Les Grands Amandiers was produced and that Domaine crop went into this Maison bottling — 4 years ago

Cved but forgot to take notes. Opened 9-5-24. Dark color, savory uplifting nose. Dark fruited notes giving way to spice and earthiness that’s not heavy. Interesting. A Swiss Syrah! — 4 months ago
