Poured a light straw color. Nose of tropical fruit. Entry of guava, melon, honey. Thicker than expected. Tame acidity doesn't really get going until the finish. Has some apples and herbs on the finish, but mostly tropical character and backbone. Should have bought more of this while I had the chance! — 6 years ago
Really good. Savory. Andrew says dark stone fruit, soft and smooth, gentle approach. Would drink much more. — 6 months ago
From Jenny and Dad for Christmas, drank at home. Well rounded and soft, east to drink with fruity flavours — 5 years ago

Thanksgiving wine number 1. Sick and tired of waiting for people to show, And a great beverage in the glass while decanting the Cimarossa. Tart lemongrass, medium bodied white wine on the nose and start of the palate. Favorite of the group, as this one might have survived about 15 minutes, forcing me to open up the Hattingley a bit earlier than expected. Good acidity on this wine from start to finish. Sharp and crisp. Really enjoying these. — 6 years ago
Loved this one-both of us. Tasted awesome right after I opened. — a year ago
Showing some slight sign of age. Ready to drink after a 30 minute decant. Aged blackberry, saddle leather, mushroom. Tannin has softened quite a bit and have started to fall out as there was a ton of sediment on the cork. Some baked fig, roasted quality about it from start to finish. I have one more of these and will probably be opening this up sooner vs later. I am noticing that although these have holding power, the OSh wines (all of thm) and Cimarossa wines made by Capioux (03 and 04 only) don't seem to do as well as the Cimarossa wines made by Mia Klein from 05-present. — 4 years ago
