Had nearly given up on this bottling, as two bottles back in 2015 were not impressive. This bottle from the same lot was so much better. Great Cab nose, rich fruit, and full smooth finish.

A seductive nose of dark fruits, crushed rocks and graphite were emitted by the deep ruby '07 Tor Cabernet Sauvignon 'Cimarossa Vineyard'. Full-bodied with a perfectly integrated mixture of wood, alcohol and acidity. The chewy mouthfeel lead to a rich finish of considerable length.
