Vintage 2017 | Blanc de Noirs from 60% pinot meunier and 40% pinot blanc. Dosage 10g/l. Vinification and ‘elevate’ in barriques. Calcareous terroir. Very fresh and full bodied. We had it with a sardinemousse as a starter and today with our scrambled eggs for breakfast. — 6 months ago
