Naked wines why buy champagne when you can drink this really delicious and will buy again lighter in bubbles so easy to quaff mire! — 5 years ago
Lovely rich flavor. Bursting with cherry and finishes with a nice dry smooth. tannin. Excellent with chicken but worked great with veg meal as well On the lighter temperanillo side but involved with mire complex fruits. 2012 — 6 years ago
Nice Italian sangiovese — leather, game, herbal, cherry. Did not enjoy as much as the ‘15 brunello I had on my birthday. But that was higher rates and mire expensive ($130, 96 pts RP). This was $90, 94 pts RP. — 2 years ago
How can I get mire of these??!! — 4 years ago
I think my expectations were too high as this disappointed. Maybe it needed more air, only a 30 minute decant, but seemed more Napa Cab than French Bordeaux. Very fruit forward with dark cherries and wood elements. More tannic than I would have expected as well. Those who know a lot mire about wine liked it much more. Guess it just wasn’t my style. — 5 years ago
Pronounced, funky ass aromas of rubber and animal and mud, with the bright gamay fruit lurking under it. The fruit takes over on the palate—tart, bright raspberries and cherries, with the barnyard notes coming on the finish. High acid, mire tannin than I think of for gamay, long finish, intensely flavored. This is yet another neat wine from an always interesting winemaker — 6 years ago

Wow. I was lucky enough to return home to aus, go through my wine collection, and see that the 2000 Coonawarra Merlot needed to be drunk right now. The cork had broken before we were able to get it out, but it's still an amazing drop. Just wow. It's one of the best Cabernet Merlots I've had here in Australia. We make fucking great wine. Looking forward to getting my hands on a fre mire. We enjoyed this with Charcuterie and cheese from Australia.
Medium bodied red with a beautiful velvet finish in my mouth. Get your hands on this gem. — a year ago
