Only 1200 bottles done, hand sorted and de-stemmed, time is needed - pure character and finesse focused on Syrah followed by Grenache and a touch of Cinsault / Viognier !😄👏 see you in a few more years — 12 years ago
A wine from Ardeche cross culture between Rhône and Bordeaux grape varieties - mineral fresh pure - no filtered not fined - biodynamy — 12 years ago
23 years old Aglianico. Colour reveals this little fact. Very ripe and slightly oxidized Madeira-like bouquet full of caramel, toffee, balsamic and animal notes, tar, purple basil and medicinal herbs. Great balance, good volume with ripe tannin (which is still quite powerful). Long evolving aftertaste. Sophisticated, already on it's peak. Great experience. — 5 years ago
Great value. Light and dry, would like to try with some good manchego. — 8 years ago
Great dry red. Crisp yet still notes of red fruit cherry. Surprised by 13.5 content. Could be a great value compared to a sangiovese. Need to research more. — 9 years ago

Laisser chambrer! :) — 11 years ago
A delicious wine from Ardeche from organic farming, a blend of 60% Syrah 30% Merlot 10% Grenache Cinsault - indigenous yeasts, not fined, not filtered, 12 to 18 months in barrels - a great wine with a bright future 🍷👏😃 Needs time at opening to loose its alcohol touch! — 12 years ago
barak heller hayun
a strange one indeed.
northern rhone blend(!) of 50% cab and 25% each of grenache and cinsault.
blind i was puzzled. my best guess was southern rhone blend.
plum, red cherry, jam and garigue.
high acidity.
silky tannins.
long alcoholic 🎯 (14% abv).
