Not a Cabernet-Syrah blend (where does Delectable get this stuff?). A classic Rhône varietal Provençal blend led by Carignan. Deep, star bright salmon pink. Abundant nose of Montmorency cherry, and strawberry. Juicy, medium light palate echoes the nose adding a hint of anise and earth. Lingering finish for a rosé. Remarkably complex rosé from the creator of the prevailing Provence style, Régine Sumiere. Enjoy as a sipper or with a wide range of foods, especially the classic salade Niçoise. Fines bulles frisantes pas un léger gaz carbonique, jaune paille, reflets verts. Une salade de fruits au nez, litchi, pêche, fruits exotiques. Une bouche piquante par le résiduel de gaz carbonique. La finale est sucrée. Il doit être bu très froid car en se réchauffant le sucre prend le dessus ce qui agresse et rend ce vin d'apéro et de terrasse perdre tout son charme. — a year ago
