Stunning finesse with this Cabernet Sauvignon. Perfectly ripe cherry, black currant, blackberry and blueberries. It’s as the berries were bursting at their skins as they were picked. This followed by vanilla, subtle cloves and silky velvet tannins that linger well along the back of the palate. For the young age of the wine there is impressive depth. Overall, it’s spectacular and I can’t wait to see how this develops over the subsequent 5-8 years. — 7 years ago
