It’s been a while delectable, but I am still here 😂 and determined to get back to recording stuff here as it really is a great resource! And this wine is a great place to start.. It’s totally over delivering: lemon & rocks. Zippy acidity even with some age.! Great with cheese, but really looking forward to it with triggerfish & a nice spring salad 💫💫💫 — 25 days ago
Another Etna right down the middle. Medium bodied, could use a little more fruit coming through — 2 months ago
Great. Touch chardonnay like. Quite acidic. I kind of like it. Green Tea! Honey. From Etna - Sicily at 750 meters. 2500 feet. Very southern vineyard only altitudes allow them to make great wine. — 11 days ago
Pale straw yellow color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and herb spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple with slight citrus notes and herb spice. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with salty mineral character. Very Nice! — 2 months ago
Rust red, mature, great minerality, leather and tart cherries. Thoroughly enjoyed this Etna wine! — a month ago
Green apple and pear on nose. Mid plate. Good tang and acidity. — 2 months ago
