2014 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 10 mins, 45 mins and two hours. Medium/medium heavy body. Plenty in the nose but mostly coffee/coffee derivative notes. 70-75% of the baby fat and sumptuousness this wine had upon release gonzo. Starting to get down to biz. Oodles of fruit and body. Personally wanted a bit more structure but realized I was in the wrong car for that. Drinking really nicely for this style but for the commandeering/commanding price, there are an absolute sh*t-ton of Napa cabs or BDX I'd much rather have. — a month ago

Bouche dense et tannique l aire et les grands verres vont transformer le vin apportant de la rondeur et de la délicatesse avec pourtant une matière colossale
Finale fruits noirs et reglisse
Irait certainement au delà au niveau note avec un peu d âge car apparaît encore bien jeune — 6 years ago

Life is a highway... top of peak of this wine’s life. Bouquet of raspberry nutmeg just fun California pinot. Mid palate leans toward the classic California style of soft fruits and jam with plenty of acid to pair with food. Finish is soft and about 40 seconds. What we all want for a quality California pinot at its peak. Great job! Bravo! — 7 years ago
