Green Cap. Exudes class. Nose gets confectionary after a while. Crazy confectionery. So aromatic and complex. Palate is like an orb with no edges due the kisses of sugar. Creamy lemon and a subtle salinity and just a hint of yeastiness. Bright, lifted texture and presence and while it doesn't have the depth of Champagne proper, it is definitely delicious and well made. — 3 years ago
