Tasted a 100% Marsanne from the producer not long ago, and it’s good to taste a 100% Roussanne bottling.
Nose is more aromatic than Marsanne with apricot, honeysuckle, beeswax, green mango with grassy undertone. Interestingly there is also a very light petrol note just like the Marssane. Medium body with bright citrus acidity. Alcohol feels a bit elevated even if it’s only 12.5% abv. Finish is clean wth decent length. Quite nice overall. — 10 months ago
