We were looking for a nice Italian white with pasta Aug 2021 and chose this Pinot Bianca. The aroma was very good and suggested a floral taste. It was smooth, relatively dry and had a taste of pear or peach; nonetheless it was excellent and went well with beef carpaccio, fried calamari and beautiful pasta. A new discovery and will try again to decide re adding to our general stock. Suggest trying. — 5 years ago
A really fun Bordeaux blend (Merlot dominant) grown exclusively in the Brunello di Montalcino region. Unfiltered, and it shows, the silty smoothness is fascinating. Red and black fruits, tootsie roll and hot earth are highlights of both the nose and palette. A very different type of Italian wine, but a fabulous super Tuscan. — 7 years ago
Tasting the ‘15 vintage which was great in Bordeaux. Beautiful right after opening. Cassis notes coming to the fore with some air. Re-Tasting 11/13/20: rating affirmed. — 7 years ago

Fantastic. Cherry! — 4 years ago
Wonderful wine had it with chicken with onions, garlic, pancetta with some Peroni beer to make the sauce and grilled aubergine on the side. — 6 years ago
The subtle nose of roasted hazelnuts and heel worn church stone staircase.
Bright, fresh berry, tart, Rainer cherry, good tannic structure, the acids break free and throw their charms right up in your face.
More acid than I have ever had, from an IGT red wine. An excellent tipple.
Buona Fortuna!

Surprisingly good after the visual of a very pale rose. More white with a hint of pink. Very smooth for a great Spring afternoon of sipping . — 7 years ago

More than just a pretty label. Very good value wine for everyday use. Agree with comment from earlier vintage. Describing day 2 after opening. Starts sweet, then spicy, then finishes with a musky undergrowth. Somewhat dense with subtle tannins. Fruit is a huckleberry/fig melange. Overall unique and interesting. — 4 years ago

Light yellow color. Aromas of green orchard fruit, white flowers and citrus. Flavors of peaches, nectarines, tropical fruit, green apples, lemon curd, raw almonds and a very pleasing saline note. Beautiful note of minerality on the long finish. Medium-minus body (but still a bit of heft) and refreshing acidity. Lovely silky texture for such a crisp wine. Outstanding QPR.
