75/20/5 MGS blend. Purple-red, moderately extracted pigment, very good clarity. Black currant, strawberry, menthol and funk notes in nose. Cherry skin with strawberry jam and raspberry jam flavors, saline minerality and seed tannin finish with cranberry, black olive and menthol flavors, moderate skin astringency in aftertaste. Fantastic! Old and aged with buty! A nice (not sticky) smell of an old stable and decomposed leaves. Love the taste! Round and nice but still fruity and alive. Can it be better? Only one bottle left in the cellar!!! — 8 years ago
