Rockgarden Estate, 68/32 blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre. Salmon pink with an orange tinge. Strawberry note in nose, raspberry flavor that fades followed by a slight green melon (honeydew) and strawberry flavor with length, moderate skin astringency with a mineral finish. More savory and structured than many will be used to. For me, though, this is a special, very dry and not-fruit-forward rosé (though that subtle strawberry and honeydew flavor lingers). Good fermentation character without super high acidity, and delicious.
