Quite yellow already. Overripe apples nose. Pronounced caramels in the glas, slightly oxidized soft apple flesh. Tart tannins. Meyer Lemon. Mandarine. My chinese son in law finally got his green card and so we celebrated from a distance. I did get the only six pack courtesy of the importer which made it to the US typically these end up at the ***’s restaurants. Guy Bouvet 2010 vintage. 40+ year old vines. — 6 months ago
