Ruby red color with complex aromas of ripe red fruits, baking spice and cedar notes, aged for about 8 months on oak. On the palate flavors of cherry, plum and blackberry with notes of cacao, spice and oak. Fine tannins, long finish, ending with fruit, spice and earthy mineral notes. Drink now! — 3 months ago
After a year of focusing on Cab Sauvignon this one was the best. And oldest. — 13 days ago
The description: Packed with red and black Fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry, sour cherry), bright and lively in the mouth with a nice minerality coming through the long, fresh finish.
The opinion: Description accurate. Would I buy again “Yes”. Lighter side of what I typically buy but still very pleasant. — 22 days ago
Wow, I loved this wine. It evolved from nose, to approach, to mid-palette to a lovely long finish. There was a vibrant tension between the fruit and the acidity and the limestone underneath it all. And, basically, yum. — 2 months ago
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (61%) and Merlot (39%). Murky ruby color. Aromas of ripe red and black fruits, violets and forest floor. Blackberry, Black Currant, Black Plum fruit on the palate with hints of mushroom, nutmeg and tobacco. Slight hint of vanilla on the long finish. Mouth watering acidity, medium-plus body and very dry. Tannins have softened and the texture is velvety. Much better with food. — a month ago
1985 Cru Borgeois from Bel Air Lagrave. Tobacco leaf, cigar smoke, really subtle leather. Very pretty. — 24 days ago
Best aged bottle of this I’ve had yet. Really in a great spot. Last few bottles of Robinot in general have been disappointing, but I thoroughly enjoyed this. — 3 months ago

You just smell this thing. Don’t even drink it. Kidding, drink it. — 12 hours ago
