This bottle haven been open for 24 hours was showing better than my last encounter a few weeks ago.
Light on its feet and without weight/density on the palate (due to 13.2% alc?) this has the elegant fruity/floral notes I adore in a pool-side quaffer or a light food wine.
It reminded me of Carlisle...which is a BIG compliment. — 9 years ago

17’ Bouchaine Hyde Chardonnay. Pale gold. Baked apple, white peach, touch of roasted almond & asian spices. Balanced acidity & well integrated oak throughout the glass. Very nice bottle. Patience will pay off in a year or so. — 6 years ago
