Great suggestion @Lyle Fass ! Delicious on both day 1 and day 2. Didn’t make it past day 2... was too drinkable. Great acidity and red fruit flavors. — 6 years ago
Really enjoyed the bottle. It was crisp and drier than I expected — 9 years ago
My friend and I loved this one. It has slight bubbles and a delicate sweet taste that neither of us thought was too sweet. Would recommend and buy again! — 9 years ago
Damn. This kills Blanc des Noirs at 3x the price. Phenomenal yeasty, baked brioche with gorgeous perlage. Thanks to @urbangrape in BOS for the recommendation. — 10 years ago
Beautiful Cab Sav (2009 vintage). Robust yet refined. Leave to breathe for at least half a day. Would go well paired with a robust tomato dish or a medium rare beef steak. — 7 years ago
A wonderful dessert wine. The Chocolate Cherry Honey flavors really come through. — 8 years ago

Reminds me of grapes (Concord) I used to eat off the vine as a kid. Slightly sweet orange creamsicle. — 8 years ago
Some nights, simple is best.
I have always had a soft spot for blueberry-style wines, so this Mead based version is hitting my palate just great. Good acidity from the berries, beautiful and lightly translucent ruby color, pefect balance on the honey side, sweetness is just noticable. — 9 years ago
