With Brit @ Palace of Versaille — a year ago
Very light straw- almost clear. Has a dry nose of green apple and maybe some oak. In the mouth has a soft bubbles and while at first May seem like a Brit champagne, it finished very much like the white Bordeaux it is. Nice minerality of wet rock and mild acidity. — 2 years ago
Very light wine. Maybe too yong @2022 to drink. Nothing noticeable if I had to push myself maybe some very light lemons. Good thing its dry. It's most ok. Needs time maybe to mature. — 6 months ago
Excellent wine at Brass boer, Bonaire beach. Fruity, aromatic, full bodied. One of the best Chardonnay’s. — 2 years ago
Classic London Dry Gin made in Edinburgh, Scotland. Far from ordinary this gin very balanced and pack with 14 botanicals. Hints of Pine Nuts, Lemongrass and a Lavender finish. Kick back with your favorite G&T mix, act like a Brit, enjoy and have another.....Excellent. — 3 years ago
Excellent, consistently refreshing and bubbly. Not particularly dry for a Brit. — 9 months ago
Ours was a Brit rose. Refreshing & bright — 2 years ago
This was outstanding. Just so nice. A light amber hue with impressive perlage. Tons of tight, tiny bubbles. The nose is beautifully perfumed with fruit immediately. On the nose, so much chalky goodness. Citrus fruits dominate with peaches and pears. Jasmine and fragrant, dainty flowers. There’s just the suggestion of apple goodness that comes in waves. Oranges and apricots abound with dried herbs.
The last vintage by Guy Bouvet, the grandfather of Antoine Bouvet who only crafts stellar, stupendous champagnes. And now we see where he learned it from. Thrilling and welcoming all at once. The acidity from the Extra Brit dosage is high but never out of whack. Having spent almost ten years resting on lees, this is a mature well developed champagne. 60/40 Chardonnay/Pinot Noir and impeccably structured.
Where this really gets exciting is in the mouth. Long and elegant with trace amounts of mild spice, this wine is alive and kicking. Citrus fruits take center stage but the Pinot shows with just a touch of cherry. Long, exquisite finish that keeps going and going and going. A beautiful champagne with a beautiful story. — 2 years ago
