Very deep ruby in color with a reddish rim.
Strong fruity nose of blackberries, cedar, black plums, black currants, chocolates, vanilla, black pepper, light dust, diet cola, earth, spices, pencil lead and coffee.
Full bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, cedar, vanilla, spices, earth, peppercorn, espresso, cola and chocolates.
Medium plus on the finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Sierra Foothills in California.
This five-year-old is Showing nice complexity and mouthfeel. Did not need too long to open up nicely.
Good right out of the bottle, and better as it opens up and brings out more complexity and structure. At this point the high alcohol is well integrated.
Fruit forward and elegant. Rich and tangy. Tasty and easy drinking. Feels like a Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. Delicious.
Good by itself or with food, and will pair nicely with BBQ Meats. I paired it with a cheese plate.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged for 19 months in American oak barrels (50% new). Unfiltered. A small production of only 100 cases.

Dry on the palate with medium acidity.
Showing red fruits with citrus, limes, green apples, bitter herbs and spices.
Easy drinking, good for the pool, and good by itself as a sipping wine.
Made with Zinfandel grapes.
I paired it with cheeses and crackers.

Easy drinking right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime, when the tannins show up, and bring nice structure to the wine.
Rich and opulent. Fruit forward and tasty. Spicy and interesting.
Good by itself or with a big piece of steak.

This 6 year old is drinking very nicely now, with mild complexity and a great mouthfeel. Soft and elegant.
Good right out of the bottle, and tannins show up after 15 minutes of airtime. As it continues to open up, it shows more earth notes.
Will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.
Good by itself or with food, and will pair nicely with a burger.

Nose: Roasted golden apple, slightly charred, peaches, vanilla, honeysuckle.
Palate: gold apples and peaches doused in lemon juice. Round, creamy texture with notes of buttered biscuit. Smoke and a hint of tar on the finish. Lovely!
75% macabeo, 25% chard.
Paired w roasted chicken, cauliflower, potatoes, with greens and romesco.
