Popped this 2014 last night with my good friend of 55 years JK. He has a very good palette and we both agreed it was a very good wine. It paired well with a tri-tip on the grill. still may have a little bit more life in it. fruit forward . Nothing seem to be dried out. good depth, and balance. — 19 days ago

Black fruit, caramel, licorice and a nice hint of menthol on the nose, dried fruits with some licorice on the palate — 5 years ago

V17. Simply good!! Creamy Raspberry and strawberry fruits. Puns long flinty finish. — 7 years ago
Honeyed nose, with peach, apricot, citrus, wet stones, subtle oak and med acid. Oak comes through more on the palate, but isn't intrusive. Nutty, medium bodied, waxy and round in the mouth. Intriguing wine.. ABV a bit up there for me, 14%, but balanced. I'm a fan. BBQ pork loin working well. — 9 years ago

I'm really new to the wine thing, but I picked this up by store recommendation, and I'm really enjoying it. Can I use "juicy" to describe wine? If so, I'm going to. — 5 years ago

Brief impressionistic notes from memory: fairly ripe and soft for a Sylvaner. Not quite totally dry. Lotta character. — 17 hours ago
