Effortless drinking unpretentious red for anyone. Sold in minimagnums (1L) at a bargain price (€16). Purple colour, medium-light body. Cool blend of Pinot Noir, Blaufrankisch, and aromatic St.Laurent. Might become your favourite table wine.

Really nice blaufrankisch! — 7 years ago
Dank, deep rose with classic Austrian red - blaufrankisch, st. Laurent, Zweigelt - notes. Plenty to mull over and also heavy enough for roasted/grilled meats. — 3 years ago
Field blend: Merlot, Syrah, Cab Franc, Blaufrankisch, Refosco. — 3 years ago
Full bodies and well balanced Blaufrankisch — 5 years ago
Dark, leggy red that had a lot to offer once it opened up. Could cellar this one. Bigger bodied Blaufrankisch leaning more toward Cab Franc than Gamay. Earthy bitter cherry, a touch of chocolate. Has the structure you would expect at this price point. — 6 years ago
Just the prettiest plum color in the glass with a ruby rim. Effervescent nose of red berries, licorice, and violets. We all know these wines by now, you’ve seen them literally everywhere. And they’re no joke. This is such a fresh and fun little thing. A nice little blend of Zweigelt and Blaufrankisch, all the characteristics of natural wine are here with a little fizziness in the mouth and nice high acidity. Unlike a lot of other vins naturels, this is so clean and polished. Very fruity in the mouth with juicy cranberries, tart red cherries, and plums. A little gaminess and funk shows up too. This is pretty much the entry wine in this familial lineup and it’s still outstanding. — 7 years ago
While this is not the best blaufrankisch from this producer – and not a match for the best Burgundies - it represents an unmatched quality price ratio. Lean and light, early fruit, good balance and a tannic finish — 3 years ago
Fresh flowers, dark fruits, bubble gum on the nose. Medium tannins give nice structure, there’s good length, great balance, beguiling effervesence, everything in place. More savory than fruity with engaging green flavors from whole bunch pressing. Exactly what an excellent “domain” blaufrankisch (kékfrankos) ought to be. — 4 years ago
Very nice burgeland Cuvee, well balanced — 5 years ago
Classic version of Blaufrankisch. Medium concentration of a purple hue. Moderate staining. Brambly dark and red fruits such as blackberry, black cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate. Chalky minerality. Lifted floral notes of violet and rose. Fruits went tart on the palate. Especially sanguine and chalky on the palate. Slight hint of VA. Curry spice, and pepper. Medium+ acidity. Medium alcohol, medium soft tannins, body. No new oak. Aged on it’s lees for 18 months in neutral 2000L & 5000L casks prior to bottling. The vineyards are split into more than 30 small plots surrounding the village of Jois. Markus focuses on the vineyards & Minimal intervention in the winery. — 6 years ago
Cherry full bodied we liked this one . WE had at dinner . — 7 years ago
One of the best Croatian blaufrankisch wines, very rich in taste and flavour, tannic, strong, great to drink with čobanac, a traditional Slavonian dish. Sincerely recommend! — 8 years ago
