One of the best Manzanillas I’ve had, from two 1500-liter casks in the historic bodega from Grupo Estevez in Calle Misericordia. Complex nose with aromas of nuts and curry (reminiscent of Vin Jaune). Powerful, saline — 4 years ago

Aldi. I actually very much enjoyed this effort from Aldi. Very easy drinking, smooth on the plate, Malbec fruit flavours coming through. — 10 months ago

Excellent cooler-climate styled Nebbiolo. Great acidity, texture and length. Nice herbal / black tea undertones with cherry fruit on top. Yum. — a year ago

From South of Brazil.
Good structure, full body. Blueberry notes. Enjoyable — 3 years ago
Wow. So luscious and caramel, but complex, herbal, mineral and drying. What an amazing vermut & soda this makes.
@Delectable Wine this is the Valdespino Vermouth, thanks. — 4 years ago

Mixed feelings, mixed review: very inward nose, crushed wildflowers with some sourness; strong piss yellow color; on the palate, white petals, some dry nectarine pith, soft acidity. Could masquerade as a funky white Rhône? But it’s not, it’s Spanish, Ribeiro. . And rare. And expensive. A few double sips as wondered if corked. A strange if not enjoyable wine. — 6 years ago

Clear, deep purple in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of raspberries, blackberries, and dried herbs; on the palate it's, dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and medium intensity primary flavors of tart cherries, red currants, crushed gravel, and tar with a long finish. This wine is simple, but balanced. Overall I rate this wine as good. — 8 months ago
