2021 vintage. Arguably best CA Sauvignon Blanc I've had since the ole Araujo Sauvignon Blanc daze in the 1990's. Pure. Clean. Intense. Former owners of Araujo make this label since they sold Araujo to Chateau Latour.

Same Winemaker they had at Araujo. I am not sure many of the PBF&W attendees had any idea what was in this bottle. If they had, over two events in two days, their pouring table would have been constantly overwhelmed. Really good. Add two-points with another 8-12 years of bottle age.

Robert Pepi Vine Hill Ranch. Vines at the time 30+years old. If you can find 1981-87. I recommend trying a bottle. Now the hillside portion of this winery are sold to...Tor, Araujo, Lail, ETC. Valley floor is all Cakebread. — 4 years ago
