Smells to me like Cab Franc.
Dark and inky. A lot of unripe fruit, pheonolic bitterness, high acid AND tannins. A real pucker up special.
I get the sense that it's heavily extracted but somehow it retains a kind of lightness and in some way a weird balance works out here. My it sure it would ever be a go-to wine, IDK maybe paired with a fatty fatty pig on a spit it might be just the ticket! — 6 months ago
