Old Nebbiolo nose with sour cherry on palate for first two hours, then rose and red fruit for next hour, then as it was just hitting its stride it was gone - we finished it. Next time need to be more patient, if I’m lucky enough for a next time. Purchased from Walker Wines who has great old Nebbiolo offerings. — 6 years ago

Yellow straw color. The nose really citrusy, floral with hints of crushed gravel and subtle note of petrol. On the palate bright and crispy, notes of green apple, lemon zest, petroleum. The finish quite acidic and precise. Really nice companion for pizza and pasta. — 4 years ago

Dark black cherry and a touch of white pepper to go w a slight vegetal green pepper that dissipated as the wine opened. Tons of wood notes—could literally taste the barrel it was aged in. Nice acidity and light smooth tannins. A beautiful wine thats coming into its drinking window now! — 7 years ago
