With my homeboys celebrating a bday, while rest of NYC is watching the Super Bowl. An amazing skin contact Italian, from Montalcino no less. Broad but still somehow terroir driven, definitely drink close to room temp. Yellow/ light orange hue, nice mouthfeel and enough prickly acidity to play off the Sicilian. sashimi w Meyer lemon & chili oil but also to keep up with everything else (delicious). Fascinating natural orange wine from Tuscany. A blend of three local varietals (Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Ansonica) and three days of skin contact.
