Broad but still somehow terroir driven, definitely drink close to room temp. Yellow/ light orange hue, nice mouthfeel and enough prickly acidity to play off the Sicilian. sashimi w Meyer lemon & chili oil but also to keep up with everything else (delicious). Dressner importer
