The nose shows lemon zest, pineapple and a petrol note. The palate is made of a massive acid backbone, some lemony and yellow fruits notes all along, it's vibrant and almost tensed and finishes with a nice long zesty and fresh note that holds for a while. Super dry Riesling that's true to its type. First one of a list of 8 German rieslings I recently bought to study some more 😊 — 2 years ago
Definitely a bit too young, but a great match with grilled trout, brussel/graoe/cranberry side c/o @Javier Baquero at Fish by Jose Andres. — 5 years ago

Whoa! Really not bad for an base sb! Just a hint of asparagus and basil on the nose, crushed rock and clean lemon. Palate is super focused and lengthy, acidity keeps lingering. Much better than most Sancerre, esp for the money — 3 years ago
Had this amazing bottle with my GM our in Vegas while dining at Jaleo with Jose Andres.

A serious Pfalz qualitatswein, I think. Such minerality & layers, with an edge of sweetness but just alluded to. In a almost completely Trocken style but not. I don’t know this maker well but oozes quality. Refreshing after a Mets loss. Thiesse/ Skurnik importer. — 5 years ago
