Juicy and delicious, perfect for the patatas Bravas and jamon imberico, yum! — 8 years ago
Perfect wine! This was such a beautiful well-balanced wine. I enjoyed this beauty with “Spanish Steaks with Patatas Bravas and Bell Pepper Alioli,” and it was simply delicious! — 2 years ago
Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, plum, cherry, blackberry, cocoa powder and spice- like a mild cumin. Reminded me of a patatas bravas sauce. On the palate full bodied and rich. On the palate, the spice and cocoa powder dominate with florals; secondary layers are present with hints of blueberry, plum, cherry, vanilla and toasted oak. Long finish with florals, berry and vanilla. Extremely elegant and complex. — 3 years ago
Bubblier (and more refreshing) than those Spanish aguas con gas — 5 years ago
A pleasant surprise. Way to go, Long Island! Light & fragrant. Fine in its own or with food. — 7 years ago

Blackberry, cocoa, some red/purple floral on nose; really shines on the palate, appealing bright tartness up front, drinks lighter than it pours, mineral notes. Excellent red with Pyrenees meat croquettes and to cut through the rich sauce of Balatas Bravas. #parraleta #somontano — 2 months ago
