Having a bottle at Vast in OKC. Amazing. Can’t wait for the filets to arrive. — a month ago
Classic Bordeaux-style blend of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. It has deep ruby-purple hues. The aroma profile is remarkably complex, offering notes of toffee, vanilla bean, chocolate-covered blueberry and blackberry compote with suggestions of smoked meat and fruit preserve. A bold entry delivers supple flavors of raspberry, pomegranate, sage, cocoa and black cherry. Bright tannins bring the wine to a beautifully balanced conclusion. 65% Petit Verdot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Malbec. — 7 hours ago

Smooth red fruit and touches of vanilla with pepper. — 3 months ago
Superb Syrah blend. First tasted this wine at Tablas Creek in Paso. It was my winner of the tasting. Brought this bottle home, and having it at our new year’s dinner now. Layers of red fruit and some spices, finely balanced, light at 13.5 alc. could drink this all day, all night, and then all day again. 😎. Great food wine. — 4 months ago

Peak adelaida! Just so vibrant and lively! The cab gives a good backbone but the other 5 varietals give it dynamic life and represent why Paso is so great! Wish they still made wine like this! — 15 days ago
