Valpolicella Superiore Corvina Blend 2015

Another outstanding vintage of this classic Valpo! Dark purple color. Busy nose and pallet of fresh and dried fruits including currants, dates, prunes and a hint of pomegranate seeds. Big, and intensely concentrated but the tannins are surprisingly soft. Long and bold finish. A fruit forward wine lover’s dream wine. Thank You Kasey and Petey. — 6 days ago

Treviso Prosecco

Above average Prosecco with a pleasant effervescent. Slightly dry with a taste of grapefruit, pared well with food or by itself.. Nice lingering taste on the palate — 22 days ago

Capo di Stato Colli Trevigiani Cabernet Sauvignon Blend 2016

Winetrip Veneto.
Bordeaux blend from Veneto. This was such a nice surprise. This wine is rocking and seems to be build for the longer haul. Nevertheless already approachable but will definitely improve

Indeed, a pleasant surprise, certainly after the dead wine they served us before this

Monte Lodoletta Amarone della Valpolicella Corvina Blend 2015

The best Amarone I have ever had! Blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina. Dark ruby color with a hint of red around the rim. Lovely aromas of black fruit, violets, baking spices, and cocoa. Full pallet of dried fig, black plums, black tea, and herbs. Earth and mineral notes on the very long finish. Creamy texture. Tannins are a bit chewy but not over top. Everything about this wine is totally in harmony and no one flavor dominates. Unbelievable! Thank you for sharing this one Kasey and Petey! — 6 days ago
