This wine will be called dessert tonight. An unreal nose of Tart cherries, raspberries and baking spices. On the palate this is like grandmas sugar cookies, a cherry Tart, and maybe a little nutmeg. Very high ABV is nicely offset by nice acidity. A great ending to an Italian feast in NYC. Will need to hit the gym in the morning. — 6 years ago
