Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah — 9 months ago
Buen vino para acompañar carne de venado. — 4 years ago
I’m a sucker for Spanish Tempranillo. This wine seems less fruity and simultaneously more tannic than what I normally have. But still delicious. This is my first non Rioja Tempranillo. This is from the Castilla and Leon region. Typical? I’m eager to find out. — 3 years ago
I don’t know what it is about this wine, or rosé in general for that matter... I want to like it as it feels elegant and fresh on the fore pallet, I want to love it as a matter of fact, but it seems as if there are hallow particles in the liquid after the mid pallet. There is something hiding in it, it is somewhere in there but my pallet just doesn’t grasp it! Then, towards the middle of the glass, bottle possibly, it all comes together like the latter part of a Frank Schubert cello piece and reminds me that I need to try more rosé wine. — 4 years ago

Tannins, peppery, black currant. Really smooths out as it opens up. — 2 days ago
