Pineapple and tropical notes. Not too acidic with some creaminess. Great value burgundy. — 20 days ago
Oh man! Big woolly Chenin nose. Wow. Electric Kool Aid with wool electric cut. Wow. A mammoth electrified. Some almonds, Meyer lemon as well. Super refined and elegant nose. So clean. Wow. Just Rieslingesque Chenin. Palate is immaculate. Perfect texture, balance and lithe concentration and almost a tannic impression on the back end. So sappy and pure. Brilliant finesse. Wow. This is drop dead. Super wine. Wow. Has 10+ years to go. Super lemony and no lack of acid. Long long finish. Dynamite. — 16 days ago
Really nice. Perfect with duck. Still pretty jammy. 2018 vintage in June 2022. Would be good for a while. Gift from Ken - thanks!! — 20 days ago
Traditional method sparkling rosé made from the mighty Mollard grape native to the Haut Alpes region. Domaine Allemand is responsible for bringing this variety back from the brink of extinction 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Still Mollard is a wonderful thing — natural low in alcohol and light to medium bodied, a cross between Mondeuse and Gamay.
This sparkling is light, dry (0 dosage) and refreshing. Raspberry, red and even some black currant, lavender, and a light touch of pastry. A delight.
