Opaque, dark red-purple in appearance. Aromas of vegetables, meat, black fruits. Medium plus bodied, dry, 15.0 ABV. A nice departure from California as the fruit is on the back, so less jammy. Soft tannins and a long finish. Excellent value from Stellenbosch!

Great wine. Lots of oak and a nice round body. Not too sweet. Great wine if you just want to have a great glass of wine!

Tons of apple pear. Ripe and underripe. Bready. Some tropical notes. Delicious for being 10 years old. Paul brought it to 1200 for housewarming. — 3 days ago

Maybe I am getting older and more serious, so to compensate, I enjoy this light and juicy style more and more. Beautiful bouquet: red berries stew, mulberry, and hibiscus tea, with subtle earthy notes. Not simple, yet approachable and delicious. With this wine, I can become a junior magician and make a bottle disappear in a blink of an eye. — 22 days ago
