One of the best Soave ever. A little RS-beautiful with gazpacho. — 8 years ago
impressive Garganega here, sort of Reserve style Soave leaning towards Turbiano - bit of age fattened up nicely just oozing minerals, saline, shells, crunchy rocks alongside ripe citrus. Tangy juicy acidity, strong backbone, this was rich & deep. $36 retail is a bit steep - glad I caught this on closeout. — 5 months ago

The 2021 Soave Classico wafts up with a wildly fresh bouquet, blending sweet smoke with crushed rocks, pear and lemon oil. It's silky and refined, ripe in style, yet perfectly balanced with lime-tinged orchard fruits and a touch of exotic inner florals toward the close. The 2021 cleans up beautifully, crisp and refreshing with a mineral tinge, adding tension as chamomile hints slowly taper off. (Eric Guido, Vinous, March 2023) — 2 months ago
